Each piece is 100% handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations in color, shape, size, glaze, and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and make every piece unique.

All dimensions provided are approximate.

Product photos are taken to represent each piece as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Please read the product description, dimensions, and care instructions carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Misty Moxy within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged when applicable.

If you wish to return your order for any reason other than shipping damage, please contact Misty Moxy first. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once the item is received in its original unused condition, the purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) will be refunded.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations are not considered defects.
